Speedy Microwave Porridge
Instant low carbohydrate porridge
Ingredients
½ cup almond meal
½ cup flaxseed (linseed) meal
1/3 cup homemade almond milk
Stevia drops to taste
Method
Mix all items together in a microwave safe dish. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave for an additional 45 seconds. Serve with fresh berries. Sprinkle with cinnamon and add stevia drops if desired.
