Protein Powered (Mock) Porridge
If you like creamy porridge, this is for you
Ingredients
1 scoop of coconut 180nutrition
100g ricotta cheese
1 egg
Stevia drops to taste
1 or 2 drops of vanilla essence
Cinnamon or nutmeg powder
1/4 cup of fresh berries
Method
To make mock porridge mix egg, ricotta, stevia and vanilla essence in bowl.
Microwave for three minutes or bake on 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. This makes a delicious creamy porridge.
Blend coconut 180nutrition with 120 mL water to make creamy consistency and serve in a large bowl with creamy porridge.
Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg.
Top with 1/4 cup fresh berries
