Ultimately the success of your nutrition program is up to you and the changes you make over the next few weeks. While it can be hard at times giving up some of your everyday foods that you may love, but are perhaps not loving you back, the effort is worth it. In a perfect world we would love to see you adopt some of these nutrition changes permanently, such as having a little less red meat and a lot more vegetables in the diet for example.
