Berry Protein Smoothie

This smoothie is perfect when on-the-go. It is full of antioxidants, protein and fibre to keep you powering through the day. This jam-packed smoothie is gluten free, dairy free and super easy to make.

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp flax meal
1 tbsp ABC spread or any nut butter on hand
1 cup oat milk
1 cup raw baby spinach
½ cup of ice

Method:

1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a serving glass.
2. Optional to add any extra nuts/seeds on top for added crunch and protein. 
3. Enjoy!
