Paul’s Paleolithic Pan-Fry
Experience the breakfast hunter-gatherers ate for millions of years
Ingredients
Your choice of meats e.g. 100g beef, lamb, pork or chicken breast (cooked weights)
1 cup of vegetables:
- Capsicum
- Mushroom
- Onion
- Zucchini
- Tomato (limit to ½ cup)
Method
Place selection of meats and vegetables in an oiled pan or grill. Fry until cooked and serve. Add cracked pepper to taste. If you exercise just before or after breakfast, reward yourself by adding a banana sliced in small pieces and fried until golden brown. Unusual, but delicious!
