Recording everything you eat and drink as well as your Keto stick results is the best way to keep track of your progress, particularly in the first couple of weeks when you are experimenting with ketosis. If you find that you have been knocked out of ketosis you can refer back to your diet diary so you can identify foods that have slowed your progress.
Ideally you should record your keto stick results twice a day, before breakfast and again before dinner.
